Amazing Service
"Joe answered my call from S. Africa, to please send a bottle of champagne to our daughter . . . THAT day, who just got a new job and was celebrating with her besties in Palm Beach. I was amazed when his response was, "this is going to be fun!!" He exceeded our expectations on everything from punctuality to fabulous presentation. Our daughter was so surprised and pleased that she texted us immediately! "

"I recently needed a gift of a hard to find bottle of bourbon. Joe was amazing! He found it within an hour and quickly got back to me. When I arrived to this charming shop to pick it up it was gift wrapped in a cute bag and ribbon too. I call that exceptional customer service. Something I think you wouldn’t get with a big box store. They have a fabulous selection of wines too. Scotti’s Wine & Liquors certainly is a gem in Palm Beach!!! Thank you again!"
